The RRR Education and Charitable Trust was established in 2016. The establishment of The RRR Education and Charitable Trust was to cater to students’ educational requirements in rural Karnataka. Our network of educational institutions functions in challenging environments. We have been effective in transforming educational systems considered previously to be insufficient into great ones to enable our students to have a head start in life. The Trust is genuinely dedicated to offer educational services to students of all capabilities and to nurture cultural capital through an entire gamut of co-curricular functions. Through innovative educational programs, we promote creative, collaborative, and pro-active thought processes to enable the students to equip themselves for the challenges of an integrated environment.
Trust management supports school leaders in accomplishing and maintaining the highest results for students in various activities of school life. Comprehensive processes for knowledge sharing are in place to facilitate the institutions’ smooth functioning and enable greater focus on teaching and learning.
The core educational group that manages the educational progress comprises outstanding individuals with immense capabilities and diverse experiences; they collaborate with teachers, administrative staff, and students to ensure that sound practices are in place across the network of institutions.

The group also meets frequently to evaluate progress and develop strategies to promote the institutions.
The Trust encourages effective collaboration amongst the teachers for the delivery of the curriculum; this feature enables our students to acquire the life skills and boost their intellectual ingenuity and resilience of character to counter the challenges in personal and professional life.
We also devise a wide array of sporting, personality, cultural, and artistic enrichment events. Our human resources team delivers professional, practical, and solution-oriented support to our institutions on all people-related issues. It creates people’s strategy, which ensures each of our institutions is a great place to teach, learn, and work.
We nurture the right environment to recruit, engage, mentor, and retain a high-quality workforce to provide students with a practical education. The Finance team works closely with the Governing Body to develop budgets that support school improvement objectives. Through internal controls and effective audits, they accomplish value for money. They also prepare and present reports to the Trust’s leadership on financial health. The administrative personnel works tirelessly to ensure the buildings and grounds are safe and tidy for students and teachers to work. The team takes ownership of maintenance, cleanliness, gardening, and health & safety, along with implementing key capital projects.
